WoW Patch 11.2.7 Housing Vendor Guide – All Decorations & Where to Get Them

Time: 2025-12-12

Housing has officially arrived in The War Within Patch 11.2.7. If you've already pre-ordered Midnight, you can finally claim your own home and begin decorating both its interior and exterior. Before you start designing your ideal living space, you'll need to collect decorations—some earned from dungeon and raid drops, some unlocked through achievements, and many purchased from vendors across Azeroth.
Blizzard has added both new items to old vendors and entirely new vendors with huge collections of housing décor. Dalaran, an amazing YouTuber, traveled across every corner of Azeroth to catalog each vendor, their expansions, their locations, and the currencies or requirements needed for their items and shared all this information on his YouTube channel. This guide compiles every currently available decoration vendor, sorted by expansion for easy navigation. Let's dive in.

Neighborhood Vendors (Alliance & Horde)

Your first stop should always be your neighborhood's town center. Both Alliance and Horde housing neighborhoods include a cluster of vendors near the bulletin board, offering faction-themed décor. Horde neighborhoods feature rugged furnishings—furs, spikes, and Horde-style tables. Alliance neighborhoods offer Alliance and even Night Elf-themed items.
Elegant Silvermoon-Style Vendors (Both Factions): Two vendors near the town center, named Jehzar Starfall and Lefton Farrer, provide elegant, Blood-Elf-style home décor regardless of faction.
Botany & Outdoor Décor Vendors: Each faction also has a botany vendor selling trees, bushes, flowers, rocks, and outdoor plants themed to the local biome.
Smuggler Vendors (Cross-Faction Goods): If you want the opposite faction's decorations, smugglers allow you to purchase them.

Horde Neighborhood – Alliance Smugglers:

  • Vendor Name: "Yen" Malone – Alliance flora & plants
  • Vendor Name: "Len" Splinthoof – Alliance crates, bar tables, griffin roost, etc.
  • Vendor Name: "High Tides" Ren – Additional Alliance-style decorations

Alliance Neighborhood – Horde Smugglers:

Horde furniture like pillows, tables, fences, trophies, cactuses, etc.
These neighborhood vendors provide a large starter collection and are the quickest way to begin decorating.

Class Order Hall Quartermasters

Every class Order Hall—one for each class except Evokers, who did not exist during Legion—has its own dedicated Quartermaster. These NPCs sell class-themed decorations, many of which are among the most detailed and visually striking décor options in the entire game.
Because each class has its own unique hall and its own vendor, this system offers massive replayability. Players who want to collect every class's décor will find themselves revisiting Order Halls, completing class campaigns, and gathering Order Resources—almost like reliving Legion or Legion Remix all over again.

BFA Vendors

Alliance Vendors (Kul Tiras)

  • Boralus:
    • Pearl Barlow – Found on the main Boralus docks, she sells general Kul Tiran decorations for War Resources. Some items require achievements to unlock.
    • Provisioner Fray – Located near the Boralus emissary hub, offering fences and other Kul Tiran architectural pieces. These are primarily tied to reputation rewards.
    • Fiona – Known from the Cataclysm caravan questline, she oddly counts as a BFA vendor. You must complete her entire caravan storyline in the Eastern Plaguelands before she appears in Boralus. Once unlocked, she sells the Goldshire Food Cart for a large amount of gold.
